Encryption & Server Location

We use secure (encrypted) connections for all our customer and manufacturing partner interactions i.e. when any files are transferred.

Our production servers are located in Europe; all digital models and drawings are stored on AWS servers.

Depending on the delivery time and cost requirements of different customers, HL Parts recommends the fastest and most economical transportation methods and arranges appropriate packaging for the goods. We support various transportation options including international express delivery, air transport, sea transport, railway, and trucking. HL Parts can assist with cargo insurance, arrange transportation to the port, handle customs and related documentation, and provide other one-stop services to ensure that every step, from the beginning of cooperation to delivery, is safe, reliable, and smooth.

HL Parts will customize packaging materials based on the structure of different parts and take preventive measures to reduce transportation risks. At the same time, we aim to avoid excessive packaging to prevent unnecessary increases in transportation costs, ensuring that packaging is easy to handle, store, recycle, and reuse. According to the transportation needs of different customers, we ensure that the service is “quick, punctual, economical, safe, and efficient.” In the case that any packaging is destroyed, lost, or damaged during transportation, HL Parts will actively handle the situation unconditionally and bear the corresponding compensation.
